Vendor Comments
My apartment was the perfect first home for me when I moved in on my own, before being joined by my husband and then my daughter in later years. It has a really light and airy feel to it and I always loved how the evening light streams through the living room windows.
The area has great access to motorways and public transport and so is ideal for commuting. It has a lovely community feel, with a shared garden area and fantastic amenities in the village centre. For evening entertainment, the up-and-coming areas of Digbeth, Moseley and Kings Heath are only a short drive or taxi ride away.
The location also provides easy access to the countryside and we would often cycle to Stratford or walk the canals, picking blackberries in autumn. The canal tow path is two minutes’ walk from the apartment and goes all the way into Birmingham canal basin, I even ran it on a couple of occasions and it is a beautiful route.
We hope that the new owners have as much fun and happiness as we enjoyed here.
